Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number, item details, and the reason for the refund request.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after being notified of its approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
